Rebecca Nabosa is a Psychiatric mental health provider at Heartland Mental Health Services. She graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2022. She is dedicated to serving adolescents and adults, offering a comprehensive culturally diversified approach to mental health services. Rebecca is also a trusted mental health provider in Queen Creek, committed to making care accessible and supportive.<br>
During her 14 years in health care as a nurse, she acquired special skills in different areas, for example, long term, assisted living, outpatient and inpatient mental health setting, crisis unit and admissions and community mental healthcare services.
These experiences have given her expertise in treating conditions such as substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, psychosis, and a vast list of other mental health disorders. She will be providing her services virtually, bringing any visit as close to home and comfort.

Gwen earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2024 and currently practices at Heartland Mental Health Services. With over 15 years of nursing experience spanning inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, community mental health, crisis stabilization, and substance-use treatment, she brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to every encounter. Gwen is dedicated to creating a supportive, stigma-free environment that empowers clients to take an active role in their healing and long-term wellness.
Gwen is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic mental illness. She provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments and medication management with a focus on individualized, evidence-based, and collaborative care.
